Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days within Sweden, 3–7 business days within Europe, 4–8 business days to the United Kingdom, 5–10 business days to the United States and Canada, and 7–15 business days for the rest of the world. These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of damaged items, please include photos of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
